Making progress. Swam laps without stopping after every single one…I only rested after two. HAH. oh goodness, at least I’m getting better little by little!
Also, note to self, don’t go in the hot tub every single time you swim…I am still feeling really lightheaded and dehydrated… ugh.
30 traditional laps:
15 freestyle, 15 breaststroke
2 laps scullying drills
